Returns & Exchanges

At Surelight, we are committed to your absolute satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• You have 3 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

We provide a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all products against factory defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, power surges, or accidental breakage after delivery.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across Nigeria. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

• Lagos Deliveries: 1-3 business days.
• Nigeria-wide (Outside Lagos): 3-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and item weight.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit.
